  • High quality by avoiding errors and processing big data
  • Enhance security and better management of who access data

How it works

As soon as you have created your resources (Webhook, Data Flow, Live Chat, Assistant, Crawler, Jobs ...) in your own store, the automation game can begin.

What is an intent

An intent is an automation transactional or not. For example :

  • Process incoming email
  • Data cleaning, moving, merging
  • Smart reporting when extracting data
  • Interact with form submission
  • Process data from different data sources and system and models
  • Extract & search Data from documents: PDF, Web...
  • Access social network data

In each Intent, you have the option of easily creating workflows. A workflow is made up of steps. There are two types of step:

  • Perform an action
  • Send a message

Conditional Workflow

It is possible to make conditions on entities and on system variables to execute such or such process. It is possible to have specific workflows for certain channels that will not be executed for others. For example on a Telephone Assistant, I would like to escalate to telephone support but on the Web on a Live Chat, ...

Perform an action

An action often invokes a resource from your store (or public store). For example, the following actions can be performed:

  • Read in a Data Flow
  • Read in a Crawler
  • Call a Webhook
  • Escalate to Live Chat
  • Generate a notification
  • Jump to another intent
  • ...

Send a message

There are several types of messages:

  • Simple text
  • Rich text
  • Carousel
  • Links
  • Natural language buttons (Button)
  • Event buttons
  • Panel
  • File
  • ...

How to trigger a Workflow

An intent is released by two ways :

1 - At the initiative of your end Customers on the various channels 2 - via tasks scheduled with Jobs.

An intent will then launch the right workflow depending on the conditions.

The Customer by a text or an event

Your Customer can send a message: I would like to track my 344555AFFF order. This message will trigger an intent, this will launch the Workflow which, for example, calls an authentication Webhook, then an order tracking Webhook and sends a message "your order 344555AFFF is being delivered".

Your Customer can click on an elevator button. An event is then sent to your Assistant, an intent will be triggered in the same way as a text. The only difference is that the automatic language processing brick is not necessary to start the Workflow. In this case, we are going to be on a 100% "non" intelligent system in the sense of AI. This has the advantage of guaranteeing almost 100% success.

The job

Simply schedule Jobs that will trigger an intent and its workflows. The intent can be released by an event or a text in natural language. It is possible to specify parameters.
