Conversation filtering

Your conversations can be filtered with different criterias:

With negative feedback

If you want to quickly see which conversation had a negative feedback you can use this filter. It finds every conversation where a user left a negative feedback or "dislike" or answered "no" when asked "Is my answer satisfying ?"

With positive feedback

On the other hand, if you want to quickly see which conversation had a positive feedback you can use this filter. It finds every conversation where a user left a positive feedback or "like" or answered "yes" when asked "Is my answer satisfying ?"

With Fallback

If you want to find every conversation where a user tried to communicate with the bot but it didn't know what to answer so it replied with the Fallback Intent.

With user message

This filter excludes the conversations with no user participation, for example when the user only open the chat, without engaging in a conversation or clicking on a button.

Advanced channel filtering

If you only want conversations from specific channels, you can select the ones you want with this filter.
