The Prisme.ai desktop app runs the platform in a dedicated native window on macOS and Windows. It connects to your own Prisme.ai server, so the interface always matches your server’s version, with native sign-in and automatic updates.

Download for macOS

Apple silicon + Intel (.dmg). Requires macOS 10.15 or later.

Download for Windows

64-bit (.exe). Requires Windows 10 or later.
Each button downloads the latest version directly. Older builds and the .msi installer are on the Releases page.

Install

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg.
  2. Drag Prisme.ai into Applications.
  3. Launch it. The app is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens directly.

First launch

Enter your server

Type your Prisme.ai API URL (for example https://api.your-company.com). It’s remembered for next time.You’ll find it in the platform under Settings → Connections, in the Connection endpoints box — copy the API URL (the one ending in /v2).

Sign in

Sign in with your usual method (SSO, MFA) in the native sign-in window. No password or token is stored by the app.

The app reuses your session across launches and updates itself automatically when a new version ships.
