Prisme.ai is a sovereign agentic platform. The value in the cloud stack is moving up. Compute and models are becoming commodities. The durable value is now in the **agentic layer**: the layer that turns models into **agents that execute**, in a way that is **governed and traceable**. Prisme.ai is a **sovereign agentic platform** (in French, *une plateforme agentique souveraine*): that layer, built to stay yours. ## The value is moving to the agentic layer A model on its own does not run your business. What creates value is the layer that turns a model into an **agent that acts**: connected to your skills and knowledge, allowed to call tools, and doing it under governance and full traceability. That is where the differentiation and the ROI now sit, above raw infrastructure and above the models themselves. ## Why the agentic layer has to be sovereign Hyperscalers and model vendors capture this layer **above their own infrastructure**. That ties your agents, your data, and your governance to their cloud and their model. For enterprises with real sovereignty requirements (regulated industries, public sector, critical infrastructure), the agentic layer cannot be one more thing you rent from a single vendor. It has to be **sovereign**: * **Neutral** across clouds and models, so no single provider owns your AI. * **Running on the infrastructure you choose**, including sovereign and on-premises options. * **Governed and traceable by you**, not by the provider selling you compute or a model. ## What sovereign means here Not protectionism, but **resilience and freedom of choice**: run on any cloud or on-premises, route across any model, and switch without a rewrite.
